Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb. pork belly
- 1 ½ teaspoons whole peppercorn
- 5 to 6 pieces dried bay leaves
- 6 to 8 cloves garlic
- 5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons coconut vinegar
- 1 ½ cup water or beef broth
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Warmth the oil in a cooking pot.
Include the garlic. Cook until the point that it begins to turn light darker.
Include the peppercorns and straight leaves. Keep on cooking for 20 seconds
Put the pork midsection in the cooking pot. Mix and cook until the point when it turns light dark colored.
Pour the soy sauce and hamburger soup. Let bubble. Cover and cook in low warmth for 40 minutes or until the point when the pork gets delicate. Include more meat stock or water if the fluid begins to dry rapidly.
Pour-in the vinegar. Give the fluid re-a chance to bubble. Blend and cook for 8 minutes.
Taste your pork adobo and choose to include salt if necessary.
Exchange to a serving plate. Serve.
